We recognize that international travel to the United States has become more concerning this year, and we want to acknowledge those valid worries. The organizers of DjangoCon US 2025 are committed to ensuring all our international attendees have the support they need for a safe experience entering and leaving the United States.

To help us stay connected and provide support when needed, we've created this travel safety check-in system. Simply provide your travel details, contact information, and an emergency contact below. Our organizers will reach out to confirm your safe arrival around your expected arrival time. If we don't hear back within two hours, we'll make a second attempt to contact you. Should we still be unable to reach you after four hours total, we'll notify your designated emergency contact to ensure your wellbeing.

This system helps us look out for each other as a community while respecting your privacy. All travel information will be securely deleted 30 days after the conference concludes.
